The department showcased Tvashtar ’22 the annual Fashion show with pomp and splendour, displaying nine stylish collections which were a mix of practicality and imagination.   Mr. Anupam Mittal of Shadi.com was their Chief Guest and many known celebrities from the industry graced the occasion.

The 23rd Annual Fashion Show was held on 27th September, 2019. This year too students had worked on handlooms and art forms of different Indian states as their theme. The show was planned to promote handloom and various crafts of India. The preparations started way back in April 2007 when they were sent to meet the artisans for documentation of the craft. They have worked with the grass root artisans from Kerala, Hyderabad, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Banaras and Bihar. The students had not only designed their fabrics but also constructed the garments..
